My child has been going to First Steps for almost 2 years now and I am blown away with the level of Service. All the teachers are super friendly to parents (easy to talk to) and care greatly for all the children, I remember a time last year, I brought my child to school on the Monday (She had just taken her first steps the day before) and excitement in the teachers eyes when they saw my child walking was such memorial-able moment for me. They have incredibly good hygiene standards, the classrooms are always clean. My child has just gone from strength to strength since she has been at First Steps Daycare. First Steps is like a second home to the child which makes it alot easier if you are a full time working parent/s, you know once you child has been dropped off, you don't have to worry, because the teachers have it in the bag. So if you are ever looking for an amazing daycare, First Steps is second to none.

First Steps Daycare is very important place not just for my kid but for myself as a working mother. All the fears that a mother has came to the surface and I was so blown away by the support and care that this team has for their kids and their parents. They strive to make sure that not only is your child looked after but the parents feel comfortable with leaving their child there. Their hygiene is really a priority and my child is encouraged to vocalise herself and explore. I could ask them what she did that day and they can recount everything. The teachers are hands on and treat them with the utmost care. Once I drop my child off I don’t have to worry about her. It’s like a second family. The way she has grown and developed was so much better than I could’ve even imagined. It’s like they brought out the very best of her! Best decision.
