Friendly staff. But. The avo steak salad I bought was half the size I'd get at the other Kauai stores. Also, no extra dressing! Disappointed to say the least. Check the photo. Feels like I got much less :( and do feel ripped off. Edit: The owner contacted me to explain the meal container size; They had gone with fully compostable meal containers and it was only available in a smaller size hence my perception of less food. Smart move to go with fully compostable meal containers! This fits with the healthy theme. I had a Prince Wrap today, yummy! I will visit this branch more often :) .

I am a regular customer of this Kauai. Recently I have noticed one of the staff (an Afrikaans lady) become hostile toward myself and (my colleagues have also expressed the same encounters) particularly when we ask for our Kauai app to be scanned for points during a purchase. In a recent incident, she whispered something to her fellow staff member as if to prove a point and then she outright refused to scan my app, and disregarded me even as I held my phone toward her. It seems this lady has an attitude problem and is unprofessional. This is unacceptable behaviour toward customers. If this is how we are going to be treated then I would rather spend my money elsewhere.
