Food: The highlight. The food is great. Tasty and moist chicken Service: Depends on who assist you. Some of the people are friendly and good while the rest lack common decency. Atmosphere: limited seating in Old Mutual very busy eatery. And the wait can often be long for food. Recommend only to try atleast once. Going back is not on the cards because of the service.

This is another 3.5 rating if such a thing was possible. The food was fairly good. I came into it with no expectations, and there were some good elements, and some not great elements. We had a texan BBQ mega burger, as well as texan, Korean, and Japanese slider burgers. They make a great chicken patty with tasty breading. Their sauces are probably the highlight of their burger and really elevate the overall taste and experience. My burger was a bit soggy by the time I ate it, so I didn't get a nice texture factor, but that may be because of the delay between the time I collected the food and the time I got to eat it. Speaking of, collection is an interesting experience. It seems to be operating from a private residence currently, so collection requires a sidewalk stop and pick up. Would probably be fine during the day, but can be a bit unnerving for an evening collection. Delivery would probably be a better option after hours. Their chips tasted like stock-standard frozen French fries unfortunately, and mine didn't taste freshly made, so I was disappointed by that. The portions were generous. They forgot to add my side salad 😔, but the staff were apologetic and accommodating, and an arrangement was made. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. Fresh chips and a complete salad would have definitely gotten it at least 4 stars. I'll probably go back again..
